At Rose Cottage, we ensure that our educational program consists of plenty of time outdoors and physical activity. This contributes to children's health and safety and teaching children how to become aware of taking care of their health, nutrition and well being. Our GrowFit program is a weekly session for the children in our Infants room and is no extra cost for our families. The coaches focus on relationship building and respect the children and their voices and needs when with them. From here, they engage the children in learning about health and gross motor skills.
